No, your hard drive being replaced should not cause the disappearance of Jobulator. It is possible that the application was not properly reinstalled after the hard drive replacement. You may need to reinstall the Jobulator program on your Windows desktop.
School is out, so I'm not looking for substitute jobs any longer. I want to deactivate or cancel Jobulator. How do I go about that?

The developers of the application/service provide all the necessary information on how to cancel your subscription. Based on what I've see on the support page, the process is a little bit tedious, but not impossible.
To remove the application from your computer, use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
